Manager, ESG Governance

• Develop and implement comprehensive ESG governance frameworks aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
• Oversee the preparation and dissemination of ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate CATRION's ESG initiatives and performance.
• Maintain corporate governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate governance meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in ESG governance and reporting.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on ESG governance principles and practices.
• Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about ESG trends and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of ESG governance frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead ESG-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Champion a culture of ESG awareness and accountability throughout the organization, promoting ethical and responsible business practices.
• Monitor and respond to emerging ESG issues and stakeholder concerns, proactively addressing potential risks and opportunities.
• Participate in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to share best practices and contribute to the advancement of ESG governance standards.
• Support the ESG Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for ESG initiatives.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
• Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
• Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
• Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
• Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
• Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.

• Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and best practices.
