Job Summary:The Senior Architectural Engineer (Project Office) is responsible for managing and supervising all architectural works at the project level, ensuring design compliance, construction quality, and coordination with other disciplines on-site. This role acts as the key technical reference for architectural execution, working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural elements according to approved drawings and specifications.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in site-based architectural engineering roles.
  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing works, and materials.
  • Familiar with Saudi building codes and local authority regulations (e.g. Civil Defense, MOMRA).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams to resolve design and execution conflicts.
  • Supervise finishing works including external façades, internal walls, flooring, ceilings, and fit-outs.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on-site for technical approvals and inspections.
  • Identify and resolve site-related architectural discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are observed during execution of architectural works.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Assist in handover preparation, snagging, and close-out processes for architectural scope.
