- Achieve targeted requirements for the sales of Parts and Service to allocated customers. Handle them successfully and independently.
- Ensure full knowledge of customer’s requirements, projects and overall business standings.
- Regular visit to customer projects / offices to generate incremental business. Continually generate new prospects to improve the Company’s share of market. Promote the company’s value added services such as CSA, SOS, and Product Link etc.
- Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the Parts and Service field and the capability of effectively conveying and using his knowledge to its full advantage.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Tractor capabilities in Parts, Service, Financial Services and a good working knowledge of all the product lines represented by the Company.
- Prepare and present selected training material and to participate in various shows, seminars etc.
- Perform ET , CTS , TA1 inspection to generate incremental business for Parts and Service
- Liaise with relevant department within the business to insure smooth processing of customer requests for Parts and Services.
- Enhance business relationship within customer’s organisation at all levels.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electronics
- Customer requirements, territories, project and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
- Product Knowledge, Machines visual inspection
- Excellent bilingual communication skills
- 3 years, preferably with a Caterpillar Dealer
