
Maintenance Planner

- Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams to synchronize maintenance tasks with production activities.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and reduce operational downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to support maintenance efforts.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff on maintenance best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in planning and scheduling, such as Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP) or similar certification.
- Experience in shutdown planning
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CMMS and SAP for maintenance scheduling and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate maintenance data and performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
