Company OverviewA leading company in Riyadh specializing in Foods and Consumer Products is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple branches.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support daily IT operations across all company locations.Monitor and maintain networks, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices (e.g., iFace), and IT hardware.Coordinate the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and services (e.g., FortiGate, Windows Server, Office 365).Manage IT-related projects, including vendor coordination and branch site implementations.Oversee asset management, inventory control, and technical documentation.Provide Level 2/3 technical support and escalate critical issues as necessary.Assist in developing IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.Train, support, and mentor junior IT staff.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3–6 years of hands-on IT experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficiency in:Networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall)Windows Server and Active DirectoryEndpoint protection and data securityOffice 365, remote desktop tools, and cloud environmentsIT infrastructure setup (Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometrics, etc.)Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateCompTIA Network+ / Security+Cisco CCNA / CCNPITIL FoundationBasic Salary {SR 6000-7000 + other benefits} based on experience and qualifications.????
